I want to take time to share my experience with Neal, the owner of EverFlow Bidets. I was looking for a Toto toilet that is currently on back order and the remaining piece needed for my bathroom renovation. I had previously purchased the toilet but found out it would not be available to ship until late August. I called around frantically knowing this important detail would create a serious delay to my bathroom renovation. I called all the authorized vendors on the Toto website and had lost hope after all of them told me the same August date. Last call was to EverFlow, I almost hung up and then a friendly voice answered, it was Neal, the owner. I explained the situation and he immediately started to ask questions to figure out options for my dilemma. He asked me to take additional measurements and we concluded what was in stock wouldn’t work. He made one final recommendation, he could reach out to his counterpart to see if they had the toilet in their shared warehouse. I was floored and wondered why he would try so hard to help me. He told me he’d call me back and he did, several times as he shared his strategy for making this happen with minimal additional cost for me. In the end, he charged me the stated price for the toilet, free shipping and only asked for my future business. I told Neal I had to provide a stellar review for his business, not because I found the elusive toilet, but because the experience was so honest and genuine I almost didn’t believe it was true. Neal, as the owner made time to see my request through. He didn’t have to, but he did and went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. We only spoke on the phone but his energy was kind and pure. Please support this business. We accept so much from large corporations to the point we have collectively forgotten what it feels like to be valued as a customer. Neal reminded me how that feels, so glad I found EverFlow Bidets!
