The handles is of good quality and it has weight. Feels solid and expensive looking. The only issue I have is it took more than three weeks to reach me. Apart from the time taken, no complaints

The order came as pictured, the door pulls are lovely and of great quality. After placing the order I read reviews online accusing the company of delays, poor customer service and suggesting the product wouldn't arrive. In my case, the order was assigned a tracking number approximately a week after the web suggested the order would be shipped, and the shipment began a handful of days afterwards. Despite this delay, once shipped, the order arrived quickly, and no extra customs payments were required. Overall it was a smooth process and the products are great.
