The Plate-Simulating Thermometer Standard

I have used these plate simulating thermometers for a decade at casinos, convention center and CMS inspected Senior Living Community. After I started using them I have since noticed they are what the city Health Inspectors in our area carry, as well as the CMS inspector. They are simple to use and accurate. They work well on flight, conveyor and single tray dish machines equally well. I do reccomend putting them face down on a flat rack when testing a conveyor or single rack machine. These units are more cost effective than disposable options and last twice as long as other brands' similar products. Replacing the battery is a little bit fiddly, but only a minor inconvenioence for an exceptional product. These units last longer than the competitor. I have had units last three years, which is exceptional compared to other options.
