I purchased a pair of solo tib bars (old version) so I could work both legs simultaneously but independently. They arrived quickly in sophisticated packaging and are well constructed - the adjustable foot harness is a nicely engineered piece. I'm still getting acclimated to the various movements (straight-on tib work vs ankle rotations) but they offer some great exercises for this often neglected (and abused) part of the anatomy.

My chiropractor recommended this for my wife and incorporated it in her treatment plan. We are impressed with how useful this piece of equipment is and at the same time are surprised we had been skipping working this part of the legs so frequently with our more traditional workouts.

Great exercise tool! I learned about tin training recently as I’ve struggled with shin splints while trying to start running. Besides correcting form, going slow and progressing slowly, this is another tool in my arsenal to hopefully strengthen an underdeveloped area.
I was a little disappointed when I saw that the bar screws onto the foot plate, I would’ve preferred it to be one solid construction just for durability sake, but it’s nice for packing up and moving somewhere I guess. But all around satisfied!
