I love the coffee and I have no issues with my subscription...and this TECHNICALLY is my fault. But I recently moved and I forgot to update my address before my next shipment went out... so it was sent to my previous address. I messaged customer support and explained what happened and they said no problem and they would send my shipment to my new address, I never got it so im just waiting for my next one now that my address is updated.
