Haven't grilled one yet but they are smaller than what I expected. Normally I buy wagyu tri-tip and they are anywhere from 2.6lbs to 3.3lbs.

Great quality and great value

We love buying our meats from Cordobes Foods. Everything is always very high quality and for the quantity and type of cuts, I don't think you can get better bang for the buck. We'll keep on buying from them. My only request is for Cordobes foods to start offering Argentinian and Uruguayan blood sausages (morcillas).
