Taste is hit or miss. . . sleep is absolutely amazing for me in the mornings. . . game changer. Detox has the better taste of the 2 and does an excellent job keeping me hydrated and peeing on the regular.

Sleep help

The product has a very good taste. I'm not so sure that it puts me over the edge. In order to sleep though , which is why I ordered it. Still trying.
