High quality Ethiopian anaerobic natural

Ethiopia anaerobic natural process coffees can be very polarizing. This coffee is so fruit and berry forward and very sweet with pleasant acidity and juicy and creamy body. It does have some process flavors that hint at booze/yeast (think champagne) and toast but they are minor and for me are mostl aftertaste or mid tasting flavors with the first sips being berry like acidity and the last sips being fruited sweetness and creaminess. Very rare that home roasters get access to this level of high quality anaerobic natural processing beans from Ethiopia .

I really enjoyed this years batch! Delicious with lots of blueberry and tropical, not as wild as a previous year, even better. Thanks!
