Grass Fed, Grass Finished Cowboy Rib Steak (Bone In)

Easy to order, quick respone of my order, great customer service and delivery! Then that steak! OMG best one we have ever had. Lots of great marbling, beautiful color, then cooking was easy. Grilled and pan seared with a compound butter. Tender, juicey and that taste was unbelievable! Thank you so much for a great meal for our Anniversary!

The cowboy ribeye was very good and it fed three people. I'm not a big fan of ribeye and it took a bit to cook it but the meat had a great texture and was worth the effort

It tasted great and not too much fat in cut.
