I bought this to engrave ID tags I casted in aluminum. So far I am very happy with the result of my first run.

Works like a charm

I've only used this bit on one project so far, but I did some test cuts first to find the best settings. In my Onefinity I was able to engrave acrylic at up to 90ipm with no noticable loss in crispness of corners on block letters. I bought the 90 degree tip with is and ended up using it in the acrylic as it gives a deeper more defined line. Next up I am going to give it a go on some anodized aluminum bracelets.
