Tangy (in a good way)

I LOVE the tanginess of this flavor, it’s so good, it’s got a really good bbq flavor that’s not too spicy or smokey, I just love it.

This was a great change of pace!

I honestly forgot that Carolina BBQ was mustard based (vegetarian for 29 years). I LOVED it as a change-up, and my wife (who still eats meat occasionally) also loved it.

The Smoky Carolina BBQ is, by far, my favorite. I have given this one to several of my meat eating friends to try and they all love it. A few have even said that it is the best jerky they have ever had. I wholeheartedly agree. Please don't ever stop making this one.
