AutoFull G7 Ergonomic Gaming Chair

Chair packaging was marginal and box was damaged. Chair had some minor scratches and minor damage to the material. Purchase a chair with lighted back and there was no power supply to light it up (still unresolved). Customer service speaks marginal English so I don't expect it to be resolved. It's either except the damages and get a 10% refund or ship it back. I ask for 10% but received nothing so far. Caveat emptor!

The chair looks great, and it is pretty comfortable. It is less comfortable than some other mesh chairs I have sat in so its a little disappointing considering the price. However it is very functional, offering a wide variety of positions. The arms rest higher than usual, and the seat doesn’t go down very low, so my desk was lower than the arm rests which was very uncomfortable so I had to replace my desk. This chair works well with a higher desk. The headrest is a bit tricky to get into a comfortable position, and I really wish this chair had instead been designed with a single piece high back. The lean back function doesn’t offer enough locking positions, so if you want your back locked you have to choose between sitting straight up or leaning back considerably. The adjustable lumbar support feels nice, but moves around a lot; I like the height of the lumbar to be higher but due to the design of how the lumbar height is adjusted, I often inadvertently reset the height while it is settled into the top position.
