The new formula is watered down.
I used to love this product! Until they watered down the formula. I switched to New Wash back in 2019 and back then it used to be rich and creamy and left my hair feeling clean and soft. However, whenever they changed packaging I noticed the product itself was also different. Now it is watery and you have to use twice as much to get results. The price has always been unnecessarily high, which means only well off people can afford to use this. The new formula only contributes to that. Such a shame.

Second time I purchased. It was an amazing product the first time but ever since I started using this refill it’s just not the same. Every single wash had been great and now my hair is not reacting the same. It makes me think that the product was mislabelled.

Rich wash is chefs kiss
I love this shampoo. Results are wonderful. A little goes a long way once you get the hang of it. I wish it was a bit more affordable! The new bottle doesn’t work for me so I went back to the old one.
