Even better hair

I used the Original version for years and my fine , thin and straigh hair looked much fuller. But this one does the job even better with no negative effects on the health of my hair.

Hair gets gunky

I've been using this product for a number of years. Sometimes it works great; but it seems like now, more than in the past, I can only go a few washes before my hair starts to feel gunky and I need to use regular shampoo to get the gunk out! Especially if I'm not washing at home, where I have softened water. I wash my hair about every 4 days, and use only Hair Balm after washing.

Great at first…

I loved the product the first couple of times I used it and signed up for subscription but now considering canceling because something has changed. It’s not cleaning my hair like before. My hairstylist that turned me on to this product said I may need to do 2 washes. I have waist length hair so, $46 a bottle is a bit too much to spend when I have to double a wash using this product.
