I originally ordered the regular Deep Wash. Reached out to customer service as my hair was really limp. Product felt heavy. After working with Lawrence in customer service, Hairstory shipped me this - the New Wash Deep Clean- as a free replacement. I was using the wrong formula on my very fine hair! So glad I reached out. I love this product. My hair and scalp are clean and conditioned. I also use the Prewash and the Primer. My scalp is calm and my hair looks great. Worth the investment and customer service is superb.

I love healthy my scalp feels and how full my hair looks. My hair stays clean for a week as does my scalp. A little goes along way.

New formulation is not great

I think the new formula is too harsh, it gives me itchy scalp, when the previous one was perfectly fine. I am going to try the Original as this product is no longer working for me.
