Not terribly easy to find. This was just what i was looking for and arrived well packaged and on time

It was really not good. As I used it & got closer to the bottom it got hard & rubbery. Could not eat the last 1/2 inch & through it away. The other half was the same way, but I stopped using the tool and serving the florets with maybe an inch of cheese left. I cut the crust ( a lot as it was brown even 1/4 inch under the crust) off and grated what was left because it was too dry & rubbery to make florets. It just seemed quite old or not stored properly. Would not order from you or them again. Did not get the value I paid for.
