Exceeding Expectations

I have done commercial and industrial HVAC all my career. After study and comparison, I selected a Pioneer Dual Zone, 18,000Btu unit with two 12,000Btu indoor units. Very satisfied with the results. I had a small freight damage issue when the pallet of equipment arrived, but Pioneer customer service resolved the problem promptly. Instruction and manuals very easy to follow. Components are very well built and operate very quietly. On start-up, one indoor unit was removing a gallon of condensate water per hour. I am recommending Pioneer Mini-Splits to my friends and relatives.
