2026 Oyster Classes

This class was so fun and interesting!

What a great opportunity to try different species and, my favorite new term, merroirs! Take it with a friend and don’t neglect to make a reservation for an outdoor table afterwards! We picked up a few goodies from a the gift shop, and look forward to returning.

What to do with so much oyster info...

Just a small class to hone my shucking skills, to know what I was doing right, and what I was doing wrong. This class was so fun. So much history and nuances regarding the oyster industry and hama hama's in particular. Plus we got to taste such wonderful varieties. What a gem.

Excellent oyster class!

I thoroughly enjoyed the oyster class. The instructor helped us all become successful shuckers! We got to taste six different oysters and learned so much about oysters. The tasting booklet is a fun way to continue to document the flavor profiles of our oyster sampling. Highly recommend the class!
