Fantastic experience!
Ordered 3 dozen oysters to Southern California for Mother's Day (Happy Mother's Day to me!) and my brunch guests raved at how delicious they were.
Got them on a Friday and served them on Sunday with no issue, following the instructions for storage on the website.
Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Wildcat Oysters
bed the oysters in good condition. Promptly rinsed and scrubbed them and back into the fridge covered with a damp towel and inside of a bag. The oysters were easy to shuck and had a slightly sweet and briny taste. Perfect size for eating raw !!
