Tomahawk Ribeye Steak

I was very disappointed with the tomahawk steak. I know a good ribeye is marbled with fat, however this one had massive globs of fat throughout. Made it difficult to cut and almost impossible in some sections of the steak. The few pieces I did get to eat had a decent flavor and were tender, but the extremely tough fat made this a disappointing experience. I ordered this because you advertised it as a Father’s Day bonus when I ordered the 50 filets (which we absolutely love). What was further disappointing is the fact I missed a 30%Father’s Day discount on the $400 I spent on the filets.
