Tender, great flavor a nice restaurant quality fillet served off the backyard grill

Well usually these steaks are amazing. Lately they have been really fatty and tough. Packaging of the steaks not so great either. I provably will not buy again unfortunately.

I have purchased several times and aim to purchase in the future
