High tech lock solves our problems nicely

I hired a locksmith to install our new Ultraloq-Pro smart lock, today. I like all the features, especially the anti-peep feature so no one can memorize my entry code by watching me enter it. I appreciate the 3 different ways a person can enter using this lock. It happened to be raining and I had trouble inputting my fingerprint, but have heard the fingerprint feature works well when it is not raining. My tenant had no trouble entering her fingerprint. I love the sensor that allows the door to auto lock upon closing. One word of advice I have for anyone purchasing this lock is to make sure they have a standard-thickness door. If their door is thicker than standard, they should order an extender kit (it’s inexpensive) along with the lock. Looking forward to the peace of mind this will give my tenants. They’ll be able to grant temporary codes to delivery people and safely receive packages.

My mother has this lock on her front door and I have now installed it on mine. I am very happy with it. It's so much easier to use on an every day basis than a traditional deadbolt and it's great in case of emergency since it can be unlocked remotely.

I bought this item about 5 years ago. It has worked great every single day. My kids and family rough on house things. I feel like 5 years is a great life expectancy of this item. This is the replacement. I hope it lasts another 5 years.
