OPENROAD Aluminum Retractable Tonneau Cover

Tracking the package once ordered was impossible and didn’t get notified of when it was going to arrive until the day prior by the third party company that delivered it. Easy to set up but it forsure isn’t exactly fitted for each specific model truck like they make it seem. On top of that the handle lock isn’t operable with the handle strap that allows the cover to retract. If all of these issues were fixed I would feel a lot better about ordering this product, but even attempting to return it has been a hassle due to the response time from this company.

I had the cover professionally installed by a local dealer of another brand. They had never heard of this brand before, but was very impressed with the product based on the price I have now had it installed for over two weeks and it is very easy to use and looks great.

Shipping time was delayed by carrier, no reason given. Assembly was fairly simple , but it is easier with the second person assisting with the lifting. The locking system seems to be a bit tight/ difficult, but I'm sure with time it will become easier. Love the look on my vehicle and have had a feww compliments on the looks. With a little more time and use, I'll be able to give a better assessment, but so far I do like it!
