OPENROAD Adjustable Bed Rack for Trucks

Great rack easy enough for me to put together and take off when needed. I also bought the tent as well and cant wait to use. Planning to hit the beach with it and relax. Nice for a quick trip.

The truck bed rack itself seems well made, but the overall buying experience left a lot to be desired. Shipping took much longer than expected. When the package finally arrived, the box was damaged with parts sticking out of it, and several components had minor scratches from the poor packaging. I had also purchased the optional shipping protection, so I contacted customer service about the condition of the shipment. Unfortunately, responses were slow and not very helpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. If the company improved its packaging and customer service, I would have had a much better impression. The product appears solid, but the shipping and support did not meet my expectations.

Yosemite, Mono Lake, Mammoth, Mount Whitney, Red Rock Canyon …. Disneyland. 1,600 miles - from off road to 80 on the freeway that rack and set up was awesome.
