OPENROAD 270 Degree Awning XL

I recently purchased the OpenRoad4wd truck cap, 270 degree plus awning and cross bars for my off road build on a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. I was very excited to receive the product and begin my project. The awning arrived first followed by the side walls. I discovered that I’d need to purchase the cross bars so I could mount the awning to my truck cap so I purchased them separately. They arrived fairly quickly. In the meantime, tracking for the truck top was stuck with the notation “waiting on instructions” I attempted to contact customer service but discovered there’s no way to talk directly to a human being so it wasn’t until by chance I answered a call from an unknown number (I typically don’t) and was able to set a delivery date and time. All and all the product is extremely good quality but installation instructions and customer service is greatly in need of improvement. P.S I’m still waiting for the hardware for the cross bars so I can’t install the awning currently.

I love my awning had it installed shortly free receiving. directions weren’t all that great. I had to improvise on the installation on my open road cab with the open road rails when my awning came in everything looked good until I mounted it and realize that there was a small tear in the outer cover. I submitted a direct message through Facebook. They said somebody would contact me, but never received a callback or email just wanted to see if I could replace the outside cover overall very happy with the product though it seems durable I’ve taken out for a couple camping trips already.

Took it out for our first camping trip and it was awesome. Held up in the rain and provided shade for us through blazing sun.
