Your team did an excellent job installing the 830. They were professional and timely.

Everything about the mechanics of this elliptical is fantastic. It’s smooth, sturdy and easy to operate. Only giving it 4/5 stars because the XER console is not perfect. It’s on the slow side, a little awkward and it doesn’t always take the first touch, second touch or third. It’s difficult to be perfect while moving. If I had the money I would buy the more expensive console.
