Mama's Bonding Comforter

It is a great product! However it would have been nice if you had videos showing how to properly wear it. My baby sometimes gets pull down by his weight but he’s only 2 months old, so I’m wondering how convenient it would be for later on.

I think this is a great idea but please make sure you order the right size the first time. Tried for over a month to get in contact with CS, sent multiple emails about exchanging the item for the bigger size and they finally replied stating, “Kindly take note that by returning the product, you will have to shoulder the return fees, which would cost $20 as packages are to be shipped internationally.” And only offered a 20% refund. So now im out $40+ something dollars and I have no idea what to do with it since its too small, so for me It turned out to be a waste of money. I would try ordering something like this from a different company who hopefully has a better return/exchange policy and faster communication with customer service. Rant over. Good luck!
