there is a learning curve!! I didn’t get any milk out the first time I used them and I got really discouraged and wanted to return them. However, the next day I tried again and now these are the only thing I will use so if you try them and you think that they don’t work just be patient and try a couple more times before you think about returning them.

I tried flanges sized from 13mm to 21mm and no matter what they pulled too much of my breast in every time. I had a friend suggest these as it seems I have elastic nipples, I immediately started with the XS and while it doesn't prevent extra breast tissue getting pulled in, it was an improvement! I've also had better milk output.

I had bought these pumps a few years ago, didn’t think I would need them again. Having our third son and I EBF while pumping, these flanges has saved my supply and sanity! 10/10 recommend!
