Just what lefty needed

I have my own Japanese knife, purchased right here and I figured my wife should also have one. I’m tall, she’s petite, I’m right handed, she’s left handed. She wanted a smaller knife (compared to my 8.2 inch blade) but designed to accommodate her left handed cutting stroke. She’s thrilled with her JCK Original Kagayaki CarboNext and I ordered it extra sharp. Superb and she loves it.
