Berkshire Pork Breakfast Sausage

The breakfast sausage was delicious. It had just the right amount of fat and the spice level was perfect. We really enjoyed having it for breakfast.

We just ate these last night simply cooked on the grill with a basic salt pepper and garlic rub they were juicy and delicious. Everyone raved about how good they tasted Much better then from the supermarket Well worth the price

The BEST sausage ever! I can honestly say I don't know how they do it. The flavor, juciness, delicious taste is unreal! The meat does not shrink all up like store bought sausage, very fulfilling, does not have much grease at all, just enough for flavor (no need to drain on paper towels like the store bought sausage). Hard to believe but I'm going to rate this right up there with the bacon! And that's saying something! Unreal flavor! 10 out of 5!
