Gingerbread Creme Sandwich

Excellent creme pies!

My favorite store-bought cookie as a kid was Little Debbie's oatmeal creme pies, and as an adult (and one needing a gluten-free option), I've not found a suitable (tasty) alternative. These are incredible. While I prefer the original and gingerbread, they are all delicious, and I particularly like the fact that they are naturally sweetened. What a treat!

I already loved the Maxine’s Heavenly oatmeal, so I went to the website and saw the gingerbread ones and decided to risk ordering a box of them. I was a bit worried I would hate them, but they’re actually delicious. So glad I threw them in the cart -
