Not the same

These are not the same as the ones you sold at Whole Foods. Seems like they are the B version. Less cream, less moist.

Too much sugar!

The cookies are very tasty and the texture is lovely! They are soft and pleasant to eat. However, all of the cookies, that is all of the varieties, have 13 g of sugar in each cookie! That is outrageous! Could you make them delicious without that much sugar? I believe it would be possible and with no sugar alcohol either! I hope to see a lower sugar content in the future. But for now, thank you for producing a delicious gluten-free cookie, though I have to admit I will not be eating many of them because the high sugar content makes my arthritic hands hurt.

Wish it was packed with ice packs

Love the cookies and how clean the ingredients are so for that thank you but wish they came with some sort of ice pack. I know you give a heads up on how to manage the cookies once they arrive but my dilemma was that between the package delivery and me getting home from work, the cream had melted and even after refrigerating it it wasn’t the same. Felt a bit like a waste of money
