It’s called Fire for a reason!

This is a great Ethiopian that doesn’t break the bank. It has a nice balance of berries and chocolate notes and shines across roast levels. You can confidently serve this as S.O. or add it into a blend for nice complexity. I’ll only be buying more!

Great for espresso!

Using this in our newest espresso blend and we are very happy with it! The staff at Hacea were super helpful in answering questions and even sent me a sample to try before purchasing. Will be back to buy more!

Fire Firé!

What a wonderful surprise this one is! Description is on par with my first roast, I get chocolate cherry cordial from the jump. Beautifully balanced and complex, and natural candy sweetness. I'd be happy to have this as a daily driver, it's a gem! Two cups in I had to order more. Far exceeded my expectations of a grade 3. As always, thank you Hacea for curating these amazing coffees for all us proud Weird Coffee People! Get you some of this one folks, you will thank me too.
