Nice hats, website and order process needs improvement though.

Pretty good job, the hats look good. The website order did not include the logo? Was waiting around in limbo for days wondering what was going on with no response from email or phone number. There was no way to log into the website because it was not ever available or responding. I had to follow up multiple times to figure out what was going on. This makes the “check status of my order” option from the email you send frustrating and useless. Only giving 3 stars because of the stress it caused me.
