The grey hat turned out nice. Very well done. I don’t love the black or red. Not LOD’s fault at all. I wasn’t paying proper attention when approving. I should have ordered a sample of the hat because the l/xl is way too big for everyone. That is my fault as well. Bottom line is they do a great job but it does take a long time. I would order from here again when I need hats.
