Embroidered 112 Style Trucker Hat

Unfortunately, I am highly disappointed with what I received. The colors are not what was approved for the artwork. From artwork approval to receiving my order of 12 hats, turnaround time was about 31 days. The hat itself is comfortable to wear. The embroidery work is clean and solid. But still unsatisfied with my experience of ordering from Lids On Demand.

Order took a lot longer than was supposed too, I believe possibly due to the delay with getting them to send me initial proofs, but unfortunately they weren't here in time for my comedy competition which I had ordered them for. The are nice quality.

The day I ordered my hats I sent a message letting you know that my 12 hats were $280 and you almost simultaneously started running a deal on Facebook, same thing for $149. I never got a response. I am a repeat customer and I spend probably $20k per year on merchandise to give away to our customers. The timing was very slow from order to actually receiving the hats. The quality and craftsmanship was good. As a repeat customer I would love to see a quicker turn around time on the product as I would also appreciate if you are running a promotion, that I am also included in such promo.
