I bought my son the brown leather Groove belt. The small I purchased was not a proper fit. I exchanged it S for a M. Customer service was exceptional. I received the replacement in two days. My son is very happy with his gift!

My go to belt

Belt is awesome love how easily it can be adjusted. Little larger when shirts are tucked in ( or thanksgiving). Tighten it up a notch or 2 when your fit or no shirts tucked in. Too bad this is not available in other belts besides the leather.

Based on their size guide, I was between sizes. So after debating long and hard on whether to order larger or smaller, I went with the general consensus of when-in-doubt, go with the larger size. Well, unfortunately in my case this turned out to be the wrong choice. I immediately contacted their customer service via their website and explained the issue. They responded the same day and set up a totally no-charge exchange. Now that I have the correct size, I have to say: I do love the belt. It "gives" when I bend without being spongy. This has proven to make a noticeable difference in keeping the waist of my jeans where they're supposed to be when I sit down or bend down, and the look and feel of the leather is excellent. To be honest, I'm not sure what has impressed me more, their product or their customer service. Both have been great.
