Brisket...my new party go to.
Excellent reviews from my party goers. One said she could have eaten only that. Trimmed the fat and rubbed with worhstershire, onion and garlic powder, sea salt and oepper and smoked paprika .Wrapped it with tin foil..put it in a roasting pan and covered it tight with more foil and popped it in a roasting pan...the throwaway so I could bend it to make it fit. Put it in the oven at 250 at 10 o'clock at night. Let it go and turned it to 225 about 8 In the morning. Pulled it out at 1...let it rest til 3.. Placed it on a cutting board and cut it 30 min later. Perfectly browned and juicy. Sides of horse radish and BBQ sauce. Everone raved and so easy. My 1sr. Perfect. Served 20.

Perfect!
Just an absolute amazing cut! So excited to get this one on the smoker. My last brisket went into a Devine chili! This one may go into some sandwiches! Nice to know exactly where your food comes from!
