Very satisfied!!!!
Heard great things about recteq and the 1200 beast has lived up to its praises. Assembly easy and fast. Burn in…. 1 hour. Temperature reading from ambient to probe is very accurate. Very happy with this product.

It’s a Beast
Love my new backyard beast 1200. It’s definitely a beast and has a lot of cooking area. This is my second Recteq and I really like the second cooking shelf. You could use half a rack or a full rack as the second top shelf. Very versatile and this smoker holds the temperature spot on. This model seems to have a nice smoke output. I cooked a pork shoulder overnight and love the Wi-Fi app that I can check the internal temperature of the meat. Looking forward to doing some more cooks. This thing will hold a lot of meat. Recteq makes a solid product and it was very easy to assemble.

Backyard Beast 1200
I have owned several pellet smokers over the past 10 years, recteq by far is the best yet. Good quality, great value ease of use. Bottom line it cook great, I use almost daily.
