Great look, the shape fit however is odd

We wanted to love it so much. The shape, cut seems off. My son and husband had previous jackets from Filson and we loved them, however not sure why this jacked has an odd cut. We decided to return it with regret despite a nice look on catalog.

STILL A FAVORITE!

I’ve bought this jacket before (5 years ago) when there were limited colors (all dark brown). My original jacket is one of my favorite “throw on for anything” winter pieces. This jacket is what I’m looking for in a stout puffer coat, especially with the wet cold seasons we have here in Vermont. This new version fits the same with few changes, other than the Filson logo on the chest, which is low key enough not to be too annoying. I will say that the internal pocket could be made with something like twill instead of ripstop nylon so it would hold heavier things like a phone in place better, but it’s not a make or break for me.
