Micro-Adjust Belt - 1.25"

I tried contacting Rose Anvil and left email on the day I received the belt asking to request a new size. No one ever got back to me. Where does it say belt sales are final on your website?

I was very disappointed with my experience. Although the belt is unused and in brand-new condition, the company refused to allow a return or exchange. I understand their products are handmade and made to order, but there was no meaningful effort to help resolve the issue beyond offering a discount to buy another belt. I expected much better customer service from a company that prides itself on quality craftsmanship.
