Super easy to use! Got them because they were always missing from the squat rack at the gym. Now I carry these around whenever I need them. They take up barely any space in my gym bag and I use them all the time!

It's a great product. Elegant and effective design. Definitely the best solution I've seen in this field. Just one thing: as it's only sold in the US, it's expensive to buy from Europe, which could be a barrier to adoption.

These work great for squatting, pressing, and deadlifts. They hold in place pretty well when dropped during workouts too.
