Very rough cut
A lot of stems and sticks in the herbs
And I was very surprised by the smell. While I could identify it as Lemon Balm, it smelled a lot of citronella, very different from the Organic Lemon Balm I bought in house a while ago. Also a different look (brighter green, rougher cut, lots of stems and sticks). Makes sense that this isn't the same as the Organic Lemon Balm, but it would be nice to know it isn't the same cultivar! Yes, some people know the difference and want to buy the same thing each time.
