This is a good product, but awful customer service

This is a good product, but customer service is awful. I ordered this product and it took a full 2 weeks to get here. It was in the mail in extreme heat, for 2 weeks, which surprised me considering on the website it says you have to store these supplements at around 60 degrees. When my package finally did arrive it did not contain the whole order. I tried calling and then emailed. Nobody ever reached out to me to see how I wanted it fixed. I wanted my complete order sent. Instead they refunded for the product and now if I want another bottle of supplements I will have to pay another 6.99 in S$H fees.

Always makes me feel better. No side effects like regular allergy pills
