My entire life I noticed that when I awoke w/o the sun being out, I would feel this low energy/mood level. This supplement has completely changed this! My levels are monitored by my doctor to prevent high calcium levels which did become too high taking daily; therefore, I only take Mon - Friday twelve months of the year. This solved the problem.
