LIGHT AND CRISP INTRO TO SENCHA

Has the sweetness of Japanese Sencha but very little umami. Light and crisp. I would recommend it to someone who has never tried Sencha before or as an introduction to Sencha.

Quality tea, but not suited to my taste.

​I decided to try the Jeju Sejak green tea from Harney & Sons because I wanted to branch out a bit. It’s definitely a high-quality tea, but the flavor was a bit more bitter or earthy than I usually like. I tend to prefer green teas with a citrusy or brighter taste, so this one didn’t really hit the mark for me. That said, I’m glad I gave it a shot, and I’ll still be trying other green teas from Harney & Sons. If you’re into earthier green teas, this might be one to check out!
