Nutty Evening Delight With Versatile Use

This tea's nutty, roasted flavor suits my evening palate, while reading a book shorly before going to bed. I save the steeped, softened buckwheat to add to a yogurt the next morning, or to incorporate into an egg custard (instead of Grape-Nuts).

The Soba Roasted Buckwheat tea is very homey and comforting. It's great for fall and winter nights, but I also enjoy it on cool spring and summer nights. I've even nibbled on some of the grains after I've finished drinking the tea.
