TEA THAT BRINGS BACK MEMORIES

This is the second pound that I have purchased. This is a tea that I always want to have around when I want I want a tea that brings back memories from decades ago when I was first trying loose leaf teas instead of the usual suspects in bags.

EXCELLENT FOR ICED TEA!

This is excellent for iced tea! I put about 6 tsp. in the infuser cup and steep in the teapot for 4 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, then pour over ice and add enough water/ice to make 2 quarts. I put the diffuser cup in the door of the fridge to get a second brew the next day. This is better than the store-bought tea bags by a mile! Haven't tried it hot, yet, but it's a winner for beating the Texas heat.
