Most beautiful pigments and hues!

I opened the exquisitely lovely packaging from A. Gallo and tested Azzuro: it was unlike any other watercolor I've ever used. The paint re-wetted easily and was silky smooth and glided across the wetted paper as well as wet on dry. I wound up making five (!) 4" swatch strips with just loading the paintbrush once-- the color ranged from a vibrant and opaque blue to the slightest hint of a sky blue. Azzuro alone created so many different values! The colors offered by A. Gallo are absolutely beautiful. I have never used pans that re-wetted so quickly. I cannot say enough about how kind and gracious A. Gallo's customer service is. I had some questions regarding pigments and they took the time to answer my questions. What a great company! The only place I'll buy my watercolors from now on. Thank you!

Beautiful colors!

I got a selected pallette of 12 colors . Each one if beautiful. Highly pigmented but with a sheerness that makes them fantastic for layering. Would get every color if I could afford it!
