I started using The Fulvic/Humic acid in liquid and capsule forms along with the D3/K2 in both forms as well. Since then, I would say about 95% of the supplements I take today are from Triquerta. I love the quality and that they come from Whole Foods sources. I have personally not found a supplement company that can fill most of my supplement needs until Triquerta.

Very effective, highly concentrated. Perhaps a bit too strong flavor! So I switched to the caps version , they are perfect
