I absolutely adore this chili crisp. Before learning about it I had resigned myself to forever depending on Lao Gan Ma - which, to be fair, isn't awful - but Mama Teav's blows it out of the water in terms of flavor. I only wish it lasted longer: not because it spoils, but because I put it in so much!
